Sol Restore


Bringing you one of our most loved styles of yoga, grounded within the Yin Yoga Tradition. This class features deeply nourishing postures through yin and restorative traditional practices. You will find yourself in grounded long-held postures, often seated, for 3-5 minutes. An intentional and calming practice that will help you cultivate more awareness and a deeper connection to yourself.

A powerful practice for bridging the gap between physical asana and deeper meditative states.

Sol Define

Sol Define is the unison of flowing and strengthening, you will find vinyasa and other flowing practices that will cultivate expansion. You will move to build strength and to expand your asana practice into more challenging postures, inversions, and arm balances.

A defined practice that is great for intermediate and advanced practitioners.

Sol Align Series

A series of Sol Align Classes. These classes are a combination of Sol Define and Restore class styles, in harmony and balance. Half of your practice will either be flowing in strength, with the other half softening into restoration. Some practices will start slow and end in flow while other practices might be reversed. Either practice will remind you of the deep state of harmony and balance that exists within you.

Sol Align classes are open to all levels and welcome beginner to advanced students to step on their mat to feel more aligned.

Breathe Move Flow Series


This class is about embodying the simple but challenging state of Be-ing presence.

It’s this focus on breath that will anchor and concentrate the mind into a state where movement is secondary and the repetition of movement can allow you to drop into a state that feels like “Be-ing in motion” completely aware and receptive to each and every transition allowing the mind to let go and to be moved rather moving on command and unaware.
