An incredible training to take as 50% of the Sol Collective’s Yoga Alliance Certified 200 hour Integrative Teacher Training, or as a stand alone, in-depth & integrated approach to yoga philosophy.



100% of this training is delivered in the highest quality, online via an incredibly integrated content management delivery platform.


This all-encompassing Online Intensive, including over 30 lectures and practices, plus live online support to help you evolve your practice and your life, also serves as a ‘bridging course’ into the 200hr teacher training, with the content here making up for 50% of it (meaning you only need to complete the 100 hours of Asana-based training to gain your 200hr teacher certification.)

The yogic tradition is one that extends far beyond teaching asana- it includes chanting mantra and energetic pranayama practices that lead the student into transcendent states of deep meditation. But for many students and teachers these paths remain a mystery.
